All short-term travellers may enter Singapore via one of the following Safe Travel Lanes:

Air Travel Pass and Vaccinated Travel Pass travellers are required to have travel insurance coverage prior to travelling to Singapore.
The insurance plan should provide at least S$30,000 worth of coverage for COVID-19-related hospitalisation and medical expenses. For more information, please visit the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority’s SafeTravel website.
