A: Being a “hybrid” mode, all presenters should make presentations either physically on-site or virtually via an online platform. [The “in-person presentation” in the notification email refers to a presentation to be made physically or virtually (live with the presenter's face unhide), by one author, not by robot/read-aloud.]
A: Due to many constraints of conforming with session topics, mixed authors from different continents, limited day-time slots available, etc., some presenters may face this problem, and your kind understanding is much appreciated. In this case, your pre-recorded video/slides will be played during the scheduled presentation slot. The instructions to upload such videos/slides for playback will be provided later. A: Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person by 22 August 2021. Any paper not linked to a registered person by 22 August 2021 will be withdrawn from the technical program and proceedings.
